Bar - Designated Decoy

One day, as two cops were sitting on the outside of a bar, they saw a man walk out who was completely hammered. They decided that they would let him start driving so they could pull him over and write him a ticket. As he stumbled around trying to find his car, they saw multiple other people leave the bar. they dicided not too follow them because they really wanted to get this guy. When he finally found his car and began driving, the cops got into their car to pull him over. they caught up with him and pulled him over. they had him take multiple tests and he came out sober for all. They asked him why he came out sober because they were sure he was drunk. The man turned to the cops and said," I'm not drunk. I'm just the designated decoy.
